How to Make:

1. Print the file below.

Depending on your printer options you may want to print a copy on “fast draft”.  Once you know how your computer formats the booklet then you can print a good copy accordingly.  On my computer I print out one page, flip it over, and then print out the next.

2.  Print the cover page on cardstock, optional.

3.  Office Depot has a large stapler you can use free of charge to place 2 staples in the center to bind it together.
