BOO!! You have just been Boo’d by a friendly spook!

Since this is the time for goblins and bats, Halloween spirits, ghosts, and cats,
Weird happenings and witches brew, these are the things I wish for you!

May only the spirit you chance to meet be the spirit of love and warm friends.
May the only goblin that comes your way be the phantom and goodies he sends.

So copy this note and make it two.  You have only one day or a spell will strike you.
Then pick two friends and a treat that’s yummy.  Leave that treat on the doorstep and flee!

Directions:

1. Enjoy your treats!
2. Keep your “Boo” sign on your front door to ward off goblins!
3. Copy this note twice and make 2 plates of treats.
4. Deliver them to 2 friends who have not yet been Boo’d.

Other Ring & Run Activities:

Phantom (two versions)
Egg a House

I love this idea and have been doing it for a few years now. Each year my family and I boo more people each year.It is sooo much fun.My question is, in your opinion is it spelled boo’d or boo-ed?

That’s a good question. I’ve always called it Boo’d. Hmm?

This is one of my FAVORITE things about Fall-I love it on Halloween night when we are out and we see the signs hanging on doors and see how it spread in our neighborhood-such a great feeling

I love this idea and we’ve received these and other poems in the past. We just recently received the first version of the phantom that you show here. Unfortunately I am looking to reprint the version since ours got roughed up by some 2 year old little hands. However, the version you show here has several spelling/typing errors (sprit/spirit, your/you’re). Do you have a corrected version somewhere? The graphic is the same as we received so I’d love to use it for our phantom recipients. But, as you know, time is of the essence. Thanks.

I’ve double checked this poem a couple times and there aren’t any typos. Let me know what poem you’re referring to and I’ll update it!

I love doing this! I start it every year at the school where I work.

I love this stuff! I wanted to say that the ladies I work with do this every year. We Boo one another secretly. We have also started a Christmas tradition, so instead of getting boo’d, you get elf’d. We found some great pictures on line and I wrote a poem to go with it. Now we are looking for fun ones for Valentines Day like getting twittered by Cupid’s love arrow, or one for St. Patrick’s Day with Leprechaun’s or other such creatures. Don’t wait for Halloween! We absolutely love this stuff, and whenever we can remember to do it, we find a way to make a holiday work. Hope this inspires! I love your site!

P.S. If you want the elfed poem, please e-mail me. I love to share this kind of stuff!!!
