All About Me – Flip Book

My son has high functioning autism and as a young child he was always frustrated. I wanted him to see himself the way I see him. So I made a little flip book of pictures that explained all of his wonderful qualities.

I printed it out, pasted it on colored paper, then laminated it. I punched a hole in the top left corner and fastened it together with an “o” ring. We read it together often at church and at home.

OMG! While surfing your blog, I couldn’t help thinking about lots of stuff to use in ABA theraphy. Then I get to this page. My Kaitlyn is 16 and was diagnosed at 2 1/2. The journey is incredible. The OCD’S get really bad in the tween years. If you ever need to ask what comes next you are welcome to email me. You know as well as I do that every kid is different, but I am hear if you need it!
